Dixon showcased actuated valves and hygienic fittings at Total Process and Packaging Exhibition

Fittings are available ex-stock in a variety of types (RJT, SMS, DIN, IDF and Triclamp) with sizes from 0.5–12in and are supplied either fully polished or complete with polished outside diameter and bright annealed or tumbled inside diameter. The range includes full FDA- and 3A-approved products and includes high-purity BPE standard biopharm weld fittings, tees, elbows and reducers for pharmaceutical applications.
Dixon will also highlight its range of hygienic FDA-approved hoses and hose assemblies. Thanks to their odourless and taste-free properties, the products are suitable for the transfer of liquid foodstuffs. A range of valves, including seat valves, mix-proof valves and diaphragm valves, will also be on show.
The company has recently launched a range of manual and actuated multi-way hygienic and industrial ball valves from 0.5–4in and hygienic butterfly valves with EPDM, silicone or Viton seals from 1–10in. The valves can be actuated to customer specification with a range of accessories including limit switches, solenoids and positioners. Dixon offers same-day and next-day delivery on most standard actuated valves and custom fabrications subject to customer requirements.
