The operation process of prior period opening pressure of safety valve

1.Flanged Safety Valves before delivery, should be by Taiwan to adjust its opening pressure to the user's setting. If users spring pressure level, according to the general should be adjusted by the lower limit of pressure level of the factory.
2. User before install the valve onto the protected equipment or before installing, adjustment must be installed on site, to ensure that the relief valve setting pressure value conforms to the requirements.
3. Within the scope of work indicated on the nameplate of the spring pressure level, by turning adjustment screw to change amount of spring compression, the opening pressure can be regulated. (4) before the rotation adjustment screw, valve inlet pressure should be brought down to the opening pressure is less than 90%, in order to prevent the rotation adjustment screw when the disc is driven to rotate, so that damage the sealing surface.
4. To guarantee the accuracy of the opening pressure value, should make adjustment when the medium conditions, such as type, temperature as close as possible to the actual operating conditions. Medium type change, especially when the accumulated state of the medium not (e.g., from a liquid into a gas phase) at the same time, the opening pressure is often change. Work at higher temperatures, the opening pressure is generally reduced. In room temperature adjustment and when used in high temperature, room temperature should be slightly higher than the setting pressure value of opening pressure value of the request. High to what extent and valves are relationship, structure and material selection should be according to manufacturer's instructions.
5. Regular safety valve used in fixed additional back-pressure occasions, when adjust the opening pressure after inspection (back pressure to atmospheric pressure) at this time, the setting value shall be the requirements of opening pressure value minus the superimposed back pressure value.
